I've started my job collecting all materials and printing all templates.
Some of them were difficult to find.
I couldnt find a 10 mm polyestrer webbing for reinforce straps so I ended with a 20 mm large that seems to do the job pretty well (not too heavy and ultra strong).
Also the mesh to cover air intakes was very difficult to find. Had a try with different material like anti mosquitos web but not to avail.
Luckily Castorama produces a home curtain called "marquisette" that seems to accomplish the duty very well (at that time only orange colour where available).
Fabric should be Porcher marine (at least i was told): it is lightweight and looks really good.

I bought it from a friends who own a paragliding factory.
Dacron is what I had at home from previous kites
Sewing thread was 3/40 polyester bought like the fabric from hangliding factory.

Printing templates and sticking them togheter was a long work that should have required a better planning.
This project produces a huge amount of A4 and carefully plan the orientation of every single cell could save tons of paper and a lot of time when sticking sheets.
More than that i had a problem with my printer so lines where so light I had to thicken them usin a pen.

A useful things I made from the start is to use a scheme of the kite to keep track of all pieces I was producing.
In this pics you can see the sheet in the right

And here you can download it.
