I made a pocket from dacron for the spar at tip.
My sewing machine had some problem to sew trough multiple fabric layers and dacron so the sewing are soethimes a little bit loose.
Spar is from a sail shop and is a little tapered (front bigger-rear smaller).
For weigth improvement in a future I'll probably sobstitute spars with fiber carbon rods.
