For the bottom skin I made the 5 central cells out of a single piece of fabric.
Border lines are almost straigth and you save time and reduce holes made by sewing.

REMEMBER to leave some fabric at central cell trailing edge if you want to make a socket Arc type deflation vent.

To tranfer design on fabric I put fabric on the paper templates.
Fabric is transparent enough to let me see trough and use a pen to mark all lines.
I used newspaper and tape to keep the fabric stiff.
For the first few cells i used a ruler to have maximum precision than, after many hours I swichted to a free hand method that gave pretty much the same result in much more less time.
As all pieces are different i didnt see the point to make solid templates.

Ruler no more!!!

Remember to add more tolerance in the trailing edge (more than the default foilmaker) for all the cells (top e bottom).
After all the ribs sewing I ended with some fault of 2,3 cm at trailing edge and fabric tolerance was the solution !!
