After sewing all ribs to top skin i joined bottom and top skin togheter.
At this stage i also added small strips of dacron at tips on LE to prevent tears and holes.
Then, once again starting from left tip i started to tape and sew ribs to bottom skin.
With this method yuo always have some part of the kite on the rigth (under the arm of the sewing machine) but you can push the excess of fabric in front of you.

If you proceed slow enough you will not have problems.
I also find very useful not to tape the complete rib in a go but sew and tape small (40 cm) segments.
